Executive Recruitment Programs - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

There are alot of various executive recruitment programs out there for senior level management and CEO's. Whether these are worth the money depends on many factors. I will be looking at many of these to see what they offer, and try to get your opinion on if they do a good job.

Here is the first one from a search I just did. I haven't looked them over to close yet, but wondering if any of you have any experience with this firm.
